MEMORIAL STADIUM GUARANTEED ENERGY
COST SAVINGS PROJECT
Hanover Area School District (the “District”) is seeking qualified responses from Energy Service Companies to design/install energy conservation measures to lower utility costs as well as building improvements for the renovation of the Memorial Stadium locker room and facilities. Copies of Requests for Qualifications can be obtained on the District Home Page or by calling Nathan Barrett at 570-831-2300., Superintendent’s Office, located at 1600 Sans Souci Parkway, Hanover Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, 18706 until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, on December 30, 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of the Hanover Area School Board on January 7, 2025.
Prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the specifications and contract documents. Any contractor who does not do so and submits a bid does so at its own risk.
Bid proposals must be on the forms provided by the District. Performance and payment bonds shall be in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Public Works Contractors’ Bond Law of 1967.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portion thereof or to waive informalities in the bidding.

Bids may be held by the District for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids prior to awarding the contract. In this period of time, no bidder may withdraw their bid.
