Key Club
Key Club is a service club dedicated to making others happy, making the world a better place to live, giving back to the community, and serving the world all over.
Key Club is sponsored by Kiwanis International. Kiwanis is a service organization designed to help others in and improve their community. Kiwanis also sponsors four other programs, K-Kids, Builders Club, Circle K, and Aktion Club. Key is actually and acronym for Kiwanis Educates Youth.
Hanover Area’s Key Club has been chartered since March 10, 1930. The club has changed advisors within the past few years. Mrs. Cody was the advisor for the 2008-2009 school year, and did an amazing job. Ms. McCormick is now the advisor while Mrs. Cody is on maternity leave with her baby girl. Ms. McCormick is excited about helping the members of Key Club help others.
