Some believe B-19 belongs to the legendary educator Michelle Kotchick who retired in June of 2008.  Today, the physical layout remains the same; however, the lessons are slightly different since Mr. Michalec uses the MAC lab with 24 desktop computers for his intelligent, diverse group of students.

In Desktop Publishing/Journalism I & II, students publish the monthly newsmagazine, The Hawk’s Eye, creative extravagant advertisements, group-specific newsletters, and two & three fold brochures.  The Creative Writing students type their assigned, weekly writing assignments and create seasonal literary magazines. The Comprehensive/Vo=Tech students use the computers instead of notebooks utilizing the softwares that accompany Microsoft Office 2009 to help build the old resume under Work Experiences area.
