Memorial Elementary PRIDE Program
PRIDE is the new school-wide positive behavior support program. PRIDE tickets are given to students who demonstrate Hawkeye pride. Ten tickets are given by different faculty or staff members each day. Students who receive a PRIDE ticket report to the office at designated times to turn in their tickets. There they sign the Memorial Celebrity Book. Also, the school will send home a certificate to inform the family that they earned a PRIDE ticket.
The Hawkeye PRIDE club also has a Hawkeye Pride Bulletin Board located outside the cafeteria. PRIDE tickets are placed on the PRIDE Bulletin Board. When a row or column is filled, winners in that row or column will receive a prize. The prize could be a mystery reward or a class popcorn party.
At the conclusion of the school year, there will be a drawing. All students who have been given a PRIDE ticket throughout the year are entered to win a grand prize.
